Oh no, I see a bunch of class action lawyers sharpening their teeth.

Yeah Jim, its that black cloud that follows me around. Some other companies I've destroyed by buying their shares are OXHP, ASND, Coms
BS, and IFMX. Four of these five have class actions against them. The one that doesn't 1) Stopped paying dividends after paying consecutively for a willion years. 2.Promptly dropped from 25 and is now worth about nine. 3.Was recently removed from the Dow 30 Indust.

Need I say more?

I think you are correct in suggesting ATML is flushing a bunch (160M) of "junk inventory from the entire year." But then again I am not surprised given the co's performance over the last few quarters. From the sound of it, they are tossing the old inefficient fab which made the junk as well. I can't help but wonder whether this company just can't compete with Altera, Xilinx, and Lattice.
