That was not a good bill. We are only four months away from a real budget bill though and I would expect that to better reflect what the President campaigned on, and what his base deeply, bigly wants...

I hope you are right....or a lot of folks will be jumping off the Trump train....real change is needed.....no more RINO cave ins....

Rush was fully on board the Trump train when it became clear he would be the nominee...That was not a good bill. We are only four months away from a real budget bill though and I would expect that to better reflect what the President campaigned on, and what his base deeply, bigly wants..

Rush was sticking up for Trump today for the most part and was saying that Trump was not a political animal. For example, Trump does not see Planned Parenthood as a liberal policy. Well, Trump should learn from this and not trust the RINO's to defend him or his promises. I'm very willing to wait until October, and as Rush says it's only been 100 days. There is plenty of time ahead. Even Schumer says Trump was not very involved.

I'm looking at it differently. I think Trump is warning the republicans. "Give me healthcare and my tax cut, or look how I can deal with the Democrats and give them what they want". I'm undecided if that's stupid or smart. He hasn't let me down yet. (except for this dopey bill)
