Saverio 1998-01-07 (provided courtesy of Canadian Corporate News) TCT Obtains Certification From Detroit Diesel Corporation CALGARY, ALBERTA--Thermal Control Technologies Corp. (ASE: TCT; NASD OTC BB: TCTCF) and Detroit Diesel Corporation (NYSE: DDC) are pleased to announce that testing of TCT's engine cooling system has been completed and the system has met the requirements of DDC and the engine specifications of DDC's Series 50 turbo-charged diesel engine. The system consisted of a radiator, charge air cooler, fan and shroud assembly and was tested at Williams Detroit Diesel in Las Vegas, Nevada on behalf of the Citizens Area Transit Authority. The cooling system was designed particularly for use on a metro-transit bus manufactured by New Flyer Bus Company of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
