The Yahoo board is alive with "rumors"(?).

Take a look at this. What does everyone think?

" I've enjoyed observing the debate on Irvine's history and
the assessment of their potential for success. I hold a
fundamentally different view of the company than some of the
earlier postings because there have been lots of changes in
the company since some of these 'insiders' left.

I believe there has been real...positive, change taking
place under Jim Evert. He has hired some very good talent
(John Murray, Floyd Eide, and Ernie Arabtia to name a few).
Their technology is converging in some very positive ways.
BTW, their ASIC readout chip is past the fab stage as is
their MEMS Micro Silicon Ring Gyro. Additionally, they are
transitioning from an R&D hobby shop to a company truly
interested in the marketplace.

One of Jim Evert's challenges will be to relinquish control
over the day to day activities of Novalog and MSI and let
their leadership run with the ball. All indications are that
the new leaders of these subsidiaries are 'men of
action'-real leaders focused on product and marketplace.
This will give Jim the time to focus on the strategic
confluence of events surrounding Irvine's technology
potential.

While some of you assessed a company which principally
stacked memory, I own a different company. I own a company
with two new subsidiaries with real products, a technology
core which continues to produce, an improved memory stacking
operarion which does not suffer from overcapacity, and a
developing management team which is building talent and
displaying talent.

I own a different company and I am proud of their ideas and
their potential. Look at Jim Evert's record at IRSN. He has
delivered on every promise he made 10 months ago. He's made
tough decisions. He's finding new talent for the board of
directors. Hopefully, he'll even be given the opportunity to
get rid of some of the other dead wood on the BOD.

These folks have several real opportunities at hand. Novalog
and MSI could both be $50M companies within five years.
That's not Iomega kind of growth but if Irvine has $100M in
sales in five years this stock will look cheap at $15/share.
This assumes no growth from their improved memory stacking
operation, no success with their digital e-film, and no
success out of the Advance Technology Operation.

Bottom line- This is a different company today. Patient
investors will be rewarded. The power of ideas and the power
of personal commitment from the people of Irvine Sensors is
going to prevail.

The "power" of ideas has to translate into $...

There will be MANY opportunities if this stock is going to $15.
What a BS opinion...in my opinion.

After two great days I sold....
