After the holiday sale season, next quater we my see Apple turn to red again. Short term is good for sure! The second quarter is typically the slowest quarter for Apple. In fact Apple's senior vice president did remark so today. So a loss this Q is much expected. With today's surprise, analysts may adjust down the magnitude of the expected Q2 loss. One good thing is the same senior VP went on to say that Apple expects the company to be profitable in 1998. Regards, Tom
