EPD is a class act and may give a better return Long term, if you holding period is forever. I like EEQ because it is IRA friendly (no UBTI) and no K-1 either.

WPT, a holding of mine get's bought out too, sadly for a small premium. I would have preferred them to stay in business, even if I just cash their distribution. I think I am going to replace some with EEQ. If EPD get's cheap enough, I will buy them as well, but I prefer to buy MLP only as real bargains (at least as new positions), because I want compensation for the K-1 hassle.
