I'm sure you heard much more than you are telling and you obviously picked what suited your cause here.

PRTI gave the MVPH shares to RMCW per a contractual agreement and are legally bound to it <EOD>

You still haven't found anything to do with your time, eh? We know whose interest you are here to protect, and it isn't the long shareholder. I'm sure that trashing penny stocks pays really well, but you should do something more relaxing with your "free" time. Downhill football, for instance.
