At this stage, yes, but wasn't Korea proactically closed to foreign ownership before the meltdown?

Ever since that non-sense that Soros published in the Atlantic Monthly, I am suspicious of everything he said.

What did he say? Isn't Atlantic Monthly a leftist publication?
