Hang almost down 500 pts.now. Sheesh, told myself in Nov/97 I would wait this thing out...appeared to be overblown. Here we go again. Getting tired of this circus, keeps messing up my strategy. If this keeps going I'll pull everything out and do a reality check for 6-10 weeks before considering entering again. I'm 100% long, and no hedges (and didn't plan on hedging 1q/98)....yuck! I think I'll "put shop" for "cheapies tomorrow". Buying insurance on Wed. will be cost more than it did on Tues., yuck again! Gonna be up late tonight thinking/contemplating:( That growth you indicated is bad (I know, tell you something you don't already know:) What happens to these co's with 40,50,90,500 PE's? Bye,Bye Birdie? If your like me...to go long requires some good earnings and a strong book val. in uncertain times like this. Good luck on Yahoo & Amazon! You in any Indices? I ruled them out (up or down) back in Dec, no confidence...best to not play when that happens:) Rich
