Janice, It is heartening to think that it still is considered odd that the claim even would be questioned, but as time goes by I think we are going to see more bogus claim-dodging which ignores the obvious but which will be decided in favor of the insurers. After all, there are all those statistics which have been compiled and analyzed by respected and caring government and health-care professionals. How are health care costs handled in Italy? In your experience, how do American and Italian insurance companies differ? Do you feel as though you are back in school and taking an essay test? <vbg> Holly
