There is only ONE higher volume in the past 52 weeks and that was August 28th! Interesting.... I still want to see continuous heavy volume days before I get too excitied. bn

Art, for every share that is being sold there is one being bought, so eventhough we see a lot of selling we see an equal amount of buying, and with the kind of volume we have seen lately that shows a lot of new interest in the stock (I have to anticipate that the sellers has been at the $ 2 level all the time). Most likely the buying comes from the "intelligent' investores who now can see the relationship between TCI and FOX, NextLevel and Sony, NextLevel and TCI and ACTV and NextLEvel. The analysts will focus on who down the food chain will benefit from all the "noise" that the "big names" make and ACTV sticks out. Just wait till this becomes even more clear. When we see the TCI - ACTV deal hopefully soon and we see that it is not a regional deal then all the puzzels should be in place.
