Too expensive but why not make it avail to 50+ (where things get expensive) and to pre-existing guys turned down already (with proof) at an income-based pricing grid. Jon PS As an aside, I can no longer tolerate US drug pricing. A but over much. Understand generics. Understand middle men. But pricing is going to get fixed a bit. Drugs are traded goods but with approvals needed. Just because doctors get 4x in US, drugs probably should not. Try to make that argument that the should with a straight face.
