You need to cut the lefties some slack. They are uneducated when it comes to regular order and budgets after 0bama.

Whatever comes out of the Senate will not resemble what the House cobbled together.

Same old bot talking points.

You're a guy that defends Trump keeping his tax returns secret but you want Buffet to give all his money to health care??? Trump took a 900 B write off for casino losses....that's a lot of healthcare also.. BTW, your wife has been on Medicare for at least a couple of years, you should be close to joining her....so we'll take care of you too.
In your suggestion, you got any particular 8 million you want to select???

The billionaire investor gave away $2.9 billion worth of stock in his holding company Berkshire Hathaway ( BRKA)last year. He's now made a huge donation 11 years in a row.

This year, Buffett is giving 19.6 million Class B shares to five charities. The bulk of the money, $2.2 billion, will go to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Four other charities with links to the Buffett family will share the rest: Buffett's education-focused charity, which is named after his late wife Susan; the Nebraska-based Sherwood Foundation, chaired by their daughter; the Howard G. Buffett Foundation chaired by his son; and the NoVo Foundation, headed by Buffett's youngest son Peter.

He could but he's sly about not funding messy programs.
