DocB. just told me he heard the earnings announcement is Thursday, January 15th, not sure what time. VVUS history is after market close. I have not talked to IR, anyone? A two line press release could fix this, you betcha.

Cacaito, Worden TC-2000 BOP showed "accumulation" for VVUS yesterday with a nice green flagpole for the first time since December 5th. Low volume really changes the picture.
