You just identified France as a Goober Nation. that's the sort of humor red necks love, hence Goobers..... you slavishly look up to Europeans. A lot of liberals are that way. Frenchmen aren't any smarter or wiser or more cultured than anyone else. They say French people think Jerry Lewis is a genius. A song called "When he farts he rips a hole in his underwear" was number one in France for awhile last year. In the early part of the last century, a professional flatulist called Le Petomane was a star in France. Do a search on that guy if you don't know what a flatulist is.
