Obama's administration investigated itself and found no wrong doing. Lois Lerner took the 5th. Our employee, refused to testify as to her actions.

DOJ sugar coated it -- "The probe found "substantial evidence of mismanagement, poor judgment and institutional inertia leading to the belief by many tax-exempt applicants that the IRS targeted them based on their political viewpoints. But poor management is not a crime," Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik said in the letter."

But true -- when the person who did it takes the 5th it can be hard to prove why they did what they did, particularly when the Obama administration doesn't WANT the facts to come out.
