Thanks. I'm coming to the opinion that when a stock is dropping there's no magic turnaround number. Whether it's PE (trailing or forward), P/S, PEG, choose your poison. These things are fine as guidelines, but whichever number you pick can turn out be significantly above the bottom, where ever it may finally stop. Same goes for tops. What's left? Charts and sentiment. Momentum. I think in 1932 the DOW went to a book value of about 0.1.
