The markets have had a very substantial move over the past 6 months, not to mention being up over 35% since the 2016 Feb lows, so taking some profits and building cash reserves looks very wise to me. The longer the move north continues without a correction of any size could imply that when a correction does come, it will be harsher than many expect. I do believe that markets were significantly undervalued early last year but we've seen enough of a run up that it's much harder to say that today.
