Keeping these maniacs here until they explode seems to be part of the plan. They need to be facilitated out of the country quickly when it is time to go. I'm all for establishment of a facilitation agency that nabs and ships in cages if need be. Give them a good meal, a couple of bottles of water and transport to the third world country of their choice - my suggestion is France. My plan would be cheaper than housing Bampum at Tufts with round the clock security followed by a ten week trial to get to the bottom of what he was feeling the day of the murders. Bampum is also entitled to a lawyer at taxpayer expense to defend him against something that should have never happened in the first place. He may file suit against the police for excessive use of force because he only had a replica .357. The police should have deployed psychics and mind readers before opening fire. The police did fail in one way because Bampum would be better off in a morgue than a hospital with state of the art life life-support. Keeping him alive is secondary terrorism against law-abiding tax-paying citizens. Perhaps the real criminal is the one who said "Welcome to America Bampum!" I'm convinced if Obama had a son he'd look just like Bampum.
