boy is this a good example of being patient and waiting for confirmation. despite all appearances yesterday the last hour turned ugly and the close was very weak which is highly weighted in my technical model. i almost pulled the trigger but thankfully waited to see the closing action (as i mentioned yesterday)and stayed away. nn is much weaker than the mkt today on higher volume than the advance so the dead cat vs. real recovery is certainly unclear at this point. i will stay away until i see more positive action. 39's resist signif is now increased.

all imo only....nick

tunica, i would disagree w/your comment that you can't time this stock. if you had used strict ta on nn for buys and sells you would have ridden this thing up 4 times in the past 3 years and gotten out near the top each time and in near the bottom. this is a great stock for a good chart reader as it takes off when it breaks thru resist and collapses when it breaks support. have i gotten it right each time...........NO. but not because of faulty ta. instead any mistakes i've made have been due to me stupidly ignoring my ta. i didn't make that mistake this time and got out of most of the position inthe 60's and have yet to buy back.

all imo only....nick
