Re EPD - yes the distribution discount is another nice benefit. I am not convinced that LNG is such a great business for an MLP, unless the business is structured as fee only. Essentially the LNG trade evolves around capturing the spread between domestic and foreign NG prices and we know that spreads tend to be volatile.
With MLPs I prefer stable fee based business over those where margins are volatile (like NG processing, refining and LNG).
