Instock, DRMD short. Not a margin call. Somehow they got confused as to the sell, then buy back at lower price. Their system showed it as a cash side transaction and now have placed a 90 day restriction on the acc. calling it "freeriding", Reg T of Federal Reserve. I can't understand why what I did was any different than buying in the morning and sell higher in the afternoon... (I think they call that daytrading don't they?) Same thing just in reverse. Oh well. The commissions are higher with Schwab, but at least they know, most of the time what the heck they are doing. Ken W
