While almost any manufacturing house can build the systems, it's the final test and assembly that slows things down. The Optical Interfaces (GBIC) have been a big problem for switch manufacturers, that require every port (or OE) to be tested. This can make fast ramp ups very diifficult. So while present demand appears OK any "spikes" can cause monumental problems to keep up with.

tm,

You asked:

How long would it take our little company to make, or rather have made for
them, that many$$$$ worth of product?

I didn't know the answer off hand, so I called Jed.

He assured me that the Adamill Wilhurapp manufacturing facility was ready to
produce switches at a very rapid pace. I called their V.P. of manufacturing Song
Deng and he also assured me that there would be "no proablum" keeping up with
demand. <g>
