John,
I sat on this since May/June of 97,, longer than the most of my stocks,, only ones I sat longer are CCI, AOL, KLAC and RNTK,,
Mostly I trade in and out of the position ,, shorting and longing..
I even sold my AOL and KLAC to buy more TPRO.....
On the stocks I sit on I do immense amount of DD,,, TPRO so far has been rewarding and also has one of the best fundamentals going in concept for y2k .....
Also by sitting , I have missed approximately 1/4 million dollars worth of day trading profit,,
Not only did I miss trading opportunity, it also did nothing in terms of capital gain since then,,,
I am sure many of us feel this way as well,, but at same token can you imagine, what if people like Skip, Everen, Crutten and Zweig traded ? Cos like Whale trade this all day,, the NITE and Meyerson, the secondary houses,, its diffrent way of investing for profit.
At same time the hind sight is always 20/20 and it could blow any day and by day trading you could also miss the real run up.. looking for a point here and there,, well thats the theory and I have seen it happen and can happen very tomorrow..

Because of my decision to buy on last dip, I now have the luxury of being able to trade some shares, that I've gotten recently, when we fell to 4 3/4 just before the BMY news.
Yes we need the news to sustain the momentum since we dont have the clear revenue projection.. and we need the timely news at 6 1/2 and propell the momentum to 7 1/2 and break new high as well as establish the new bottom, yet news is not made out of a thin air nor can it be hyped up like a cheap whores make up.

We have had good news, and we have the market support... yet some how the 3 million share over hang that Karl talked about is keep taking us out.. no matter how hard we reinvent and rethink the valuation of the TPRO in terms of revenue, valuation, good will and forward looking projections..

Until this overhang issue is cleared up we will keep revolving in this
5 to 6 1/2 corridor unless we get an awesome news that will burn the doubters forehead like the holy trinity.. Guess BMY news was not strong enogh. However, the strength will be back very soon.. I assure you before the month is over..

Karls analogy on 2 dollar stocks, TPRO and ABTX,, is a good one
ABTX is a rabbit and TPRO is a turtle, yet in the measure of long and short of it , TPRO will get there same time and most likely faster as story goes.. I believe in it..

Yes now I will keep two TPRO portfolio,, one long 80% and one for day trading 20%...
Thats my view of TPRO investing at present....
The TPRO story has not changed,,rather it keeps getting better.

A humble burrito maker..

You guys are watching the price ticks too closely. No major swings here. The last announcement helped strengthen the stock against the dilution and complete month on no announcements. With the latest news posted on this thread, we are gauranteed another significant increase in revenues from last year, don't forget the CFO is very conservative. In addition we have Y2K in the earnings mix. We also have been told that TPRO has hired an additional 30 Employees (Isn't that an almost 10% growth in manpower in just a couple of months)! This is definetly a fast growing company.

I agree that it is also good for a swing trade, but Apple sure is better whenever it goes below 14. Look at Novell too, it will drop to the 7's and then top at 10. Borland looks like another good swing. If they report another profitable quarter they'll probably go back to 11. I am eagerly awaiting the NMS upgrade, I want to swing with bigger quatities myself.

If Jenkins would only hire a better PR/IR company.
