You guys all have short memories. This last summer's Macworld caused AAPl to shoot up 100+% and what happened? - Crash! - down 60% in a a month or so. This is a great bounce to short. -History is going to repeat itself.

Dick, first off Apple did not drop 60% in one month. Check the chart and do the math. The drop to 13 was over a period of several months and it was caused by a number of events.
1. Jobs not taking the CEO position
2. Not turning a profit in Q4
3. No merger announced during the 'Apple Event'
4. Asian market turmoil
5. PowerComputing deal
6. End of year tax sell-off

How many of these issues are still relevent? Sure there will always be profit taking and market corrections. You might be able to make some quick profits if the timing is good, but Apple has shown that it's able to turn things around. Profitability is the bottomline.
