Hi Fixer, While that might be an interesting scenario posed by your source, that is no reason for the stock to be halted. There are countless legal challenges being mounted against numerous public companies. This does not cause their stocks to be halted.

I would hazard a guess that Sanfred's management is trying to do several things at once with the company and felt a halt would be the fairest way to treat all shareholders. This way no one can take advantage of information that is not yet available to all shareholders.

As for Mike McCormick, prior to Farrell getting involved with Sanfred last year, SND was a loser trading at $.20. McCormick has made nothing but money having Don Farrell involved. Unless McCormick is incredibly stupid, he would be well advised to let Farrell get on with making SND a winner.

Hi Fixer, You gotta love how this stock is holding up in this market. Just like at $.20 it seems every time a bid gets whacked another one quickly replaces it. There appears to be some really serious accumulation going on here.
