From what I see he's successful at playing a businessman on a reality show and licensing his name on projects. Most of his assets are based on percentages of buildings built when his father was still alive. Real successful people don't have to be bailed out by their families. His father did it when he was alive and before his father passed his siblings each loaned him $20 million a year (for two years that we know about) ... advanced against his inheritance.
