Dennis,

Bought some for $17 1/2 this A.M.! You need to realize that when a RAIN opens it has all the customers it can handle for a number of months, so it is very difficult to have positive same store sales the next year for they could not handle anymore people unless they expanded the existing restaurants!

Hank

Options Update

In the days leading up to the announcement, most options orders were on the call buy side. So, the "smart money" stayed away from buying puts (although it's possible to have been accomplished synthetically).

Still, when some know information before others (which seems to be the rule rather than the exception), doubts about the credibility of the stock market escalate.

I wouldn't be surprised to read about a lawsuit within a few weeks. I have been on the wrong side of so many "insider trading" deals, that I have developed a relationship with my friends at Milberg & Weiss, the most ruthless (yet professional) scandle hunting lawyers of all time.

FYI. I came in 15,000 long, but I own some Feb 22 puts, which kicked in enough to save me.
