I really agree about this. But they're saying there are more documented incursion into similar territory. We'll see.

But Dershowitz discussed it last night in about the same terms as you. Essentially, that there is nothing improper about the president conveying his thinking and posing an option. The partisans, of course, want to make everything a crime.
