Throughout the 1980's and early 1990's nearly every biotech. company organized a R&D Ltd. partnership to fund the research in a specific area or family of products, e.g. XYZ cancer treatment or vascular treatments. These partnerships were sold by the usual suspects of investment bankers which took a fee based upon the size ( read amount of $ raised) of the partnership.
If you wish to review the SEC archives have at it. Putting up with an ignorate little piss ant like you is part of the overhead of reading a thread. I accept this but I draw the line at doing the research for you!
