You are wrong it is seldom done and a bad precedent. Reporters are seldom prosecuted for reporting leaked information. Are you also Ok with intimidating the press?

Trump was not talking about a contempt of court, he was just talking about jailing them for things he didn't like and he is a known serial liar.

<Jailing reporters for releasing damaging high level security information isn't new. It is done with a contempt of court order first if the refuse to provide their source
