John,

I talked to Rick yesterday and he and Gordon Richards are hoping to
leave this weekend after they get confirmation on their visas. I guess
it might take Richards a few days to get to the properties even after
he arrives in Conchassa. They look for him to be there a month but
hopefully he can attain enough data to confirm the Belgium records in
a couple of weeks. Since STS bought a satellite phone the can call back with preliminary results. He will then do a full report after
he gets back to submit to interested parties. Rick has to go over as
since they first got these properties there has been instated a new
minister of mines so he has to meet with him and get some other business set up. Also everyone I understand that STS has enough frequent flyer miles that Rick is flying over for free so this excursion won't cost them any cash which they are not abundant on right now. I look for news back from Richards by mid Feb. and a full
report out sometime in early March. Thats about all there is to say
at this point until we get some confirmation from Richards.
