Great post, Bill. That index of industry groups sounds like another good tool to use. One important difference between now and last year, however, is that last year we were in the middle of a raging bull market and now we aren't, especially in hi-tech. I would be extremely cautious before jumping back wholeheartedly into the techs. Some great trading opportunities, for sure, if you are quick on the trigger, but I think we are going down for a while before we can start talking about recovery. Incidentally is there a place on the net where this IBD info can be found?
