I was just told by my broker that Lehman downgraded IDTI from buy to outperform...no details.

This product is still in its infancy but has picked up a lot of momentum recently. WebTV's goal is to sell about 1 million units this year. That would mean 20-25 million in sales for IDTI - not bad for a single customer. The potential is for this to grow to a couple tens of millions per year within the next 3-5 years. Let's just suppose that they do 3 million per year in a couple of years. that would make this a very nice part of IDTI's overall business - about $55-75 million per year at volume discounted prices. This single product won't make or break IDTI but it adds to the picture.
