Paul:

The world currency markets are now at crises, a stage that will be resolved through devaluation of the US dollar in some manner. It will either happen by way of a quick reduction in overnight rates led by Federal intercession, or a concerted manipulation of other leading international currencies to drive the value of the dollar lower. The net effect will be rapidly increasing precious metals prices in dollar terms. Short of intervention very soon, our markets will suffer a marked decline in anticipation of a very deflationary enviorment.

The mining stocks are at extremely attractive values today, in light of the turmoil, and still do not yet reflect the resolution above that must be imposed.

Yours, T.V.H.
