Doesn't mean you can't use FF, Chrome discontinued support a while back for XP and I still used Chrome with no problems. I retired my XP box Jan 2017 as a fan failed and I had a new computer Win 7 that I was configuring as the XP's replacement.

I have an old laptop, running XP which I fired up the other day. I got a message from Firefox, that they will no longer support XP effect in a couple of months. Just another nail in the XP coffin.

In my case, that's good news. I'm tired of FF updating at the worst possible time. It really slows XP down. It seems that I can't stall them very long anymore.
