A comment made in the club house clearly shows the mistake I made in
my 2nd Quarter expectations. I mistakenly compared the 2nd Qtr 98 to
1st Quarter 98 whereas a comparison to 2nd Qtr 97 would have been more
appropriate.

This is the Revenue Picture within its context:
*In Millions
Qtr FY96 FY97 FY98
1 2.7 8.0 11.3
2 2.9 8.1 11+ (Esimate from Andrew H. post)
3 5.9 11.2 ??.?
4 2.3 9.5 ??.?

This is the EPS Picture
Qtr FY96 FY97 FY98
1 -.03 0.01 -.04
2 -.12 -.01
3 -.26 0.05
4 -.44 -.36

On a year to year basis, within their revenue cycle, they have been
growing by big leaps. With the trend in EPS, if you take in
consideration last quarters unusual charges, it seems pretty positive
for the 2nd Qtr. Although, there probably will be a negative short
term effect of hiring 30 more employees. I'm hoping this will be
offset by their significantly reduced debt interest charges and the
additional higher margin Y2K revenue. We will see.
