The only indication that I have seen is in a Novemeber Company Release in which they are quoted as follows:
''We have been also been actively interviewing investment banking firms and expect to announce a firm shortly. NETZ
also expects to seek a full listing on either the American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ National Listing.''

I have been watching the price of this stock swing in recent months with much concern. However, my bigger concern is the lack of confirmation regarding the number of shares outstanding. Without NETZ filling SEC reports, it is conceivable that they could hype their own stock through press releases, etc., run the price up, and liquidate more shares to the public.

I suppose that they have indicated this by informing the public that they are making their acquistions with cash and stock. I believe that the acquisitions are made primarily with stock, and the acquired company (entities) are liquidating some/all of the stock paid to them on the upswing, while the MM's walk the stock back down pending another news release.

The only way for me to participate any more in the buying or selling of this stock is when NETZ formally announces that they will become a reporting company.

Meanwhile, patience might be the word of the day. By the past couple months, it appears that you will have an opportunity to get your $1,000 back, but you will probably see your purchase drop to $300-$400 first. For time frames, it appears that it takes the MM's 5-6 weeks to walk the price down, then it rapidly spikes back up. With respect to averaging down, I would wait for $.15 this time. JMHO
