Hi Don, not that I follow analysts much but the other day we were wondering if there were still much downside left in the techs, re my balanced market therory.. this morning's news is full of chip dip from Briefing.. " National Semiconductor (NSM) 24 15/16: Lehman Brothers downgrades from "buy" to "outperform"... Micron Technologies (MU) 26 7/8: Lehman Brothers downgrades from "outperform" to "underperform"...
