Let's see if Eric can come up with an explanation. He will argue that the writer is not a Climate Scientist, that he is funded by Exxon, that he's too old, or too young, or too short, or that he hasn't actually built photovoltaic panels, or got his degree years ago. ANYTHING other than actually argue the case. It was amusing that when the predicted Settled Science high troposphere warming didn't happen, thereby disproving the Global Warming theory, the Global Alarmists came up with the idea that the heat sneaked away without passing Go, and hid in the ocean half a kilometre down.
