broke2, I think DGMAC has a valid point. While this stock is without financials....essentially the SEC filings needed to get onto a larger exchange where there is more visibility and MMs supporting it, the few MMs supporting ZULU-tek have free reign and less competition for setting the share prices. What happens is no illegal, but presents a lot more volatility. The recent news is great stuff. ZULU-tek needs to complement the news with filings and display earnings potential that will help get the stock above the NASDAQ minimum price to get onto the exchange (I think it's $4). Hang in there, I think there is more news to come shortly, if the guy in IR was accurate last week. --TM

It could be just a matter of timing. The name change was ho hum with no effect, but the acquisition news was "pre-released" and caused the runup at the time of the name change announce. These stocks always seem to run before an announcement. Basically doubled and folks took their profits.

IMO these penny stocks attract alll the 'gamblers'. Here is where you see all types. Like going to the Fair. People from all over! You know at those booths they are going to take the average man's money. He tries anyway thinking he can 'beat' the game. I don't think of this as a crap shoot. I think of it as a game of patience. If you have done your dd and you find value and the numbers work out, and you believe in the product or the management, its more of a waiting game. We are going to have these swings. IMO nothing to worry about. How fast do you think your money should double? Some overnight, can and will happen, more often not. If ZULU-tek doubles (to .50) in three months I'll be overjoyed! I've doubled in NETZ, SETO and CSMA. Patiently waiting to do it again! KZAP
