Steve you must work or are associated with Ascend....I will resond to you when I get back later this evening EST By the way, you may not have had the oppurtunity to read [ why would you anyway] ALL of my comments about SHVA, ASCND, CS or networkers in general. I have never suggested that they were "so great" on the contrary. THE point has to do with their valuation NOW vs other networkers. Please be willing to ELABORATE later about your co-workers LOW esteem of shva . THAT IS PART and PARCEL to what I have been saying about the ONE_ SIDED ATTITUDE about this company. Steve are you aware that Ascend offered 58 $ or so 14 months ago for this G-D awful company? Were your collegues ever impressed with Shva? At one time most were. I realize THINGS have changed --- but not just at SHVA . Do your collegues know what the Lanrover is? Do they hold that in low-esteem as well or just the Company itself. Whatever AWARDS shva wins against the likes of CSCO and the fallen ASCEND are certainly more of an unbiased appraisal of SHVA by it's peers. Steve I follow networking stocks and own many of them and would like to see them COME BACK in price, the people at SHVA know that I don't hand out praise to them when they are losing money...I welcome you to educate me as to why SHVA is held with such low--esteem. Also, am I right that you may work for Asend? It's funny because when I speak to Ascend's I.R. They refer to Shiva as a "low-end remote" non-event company. WHY DID THEY WANT TO BUY THEM THEN-- STEVE? Is the A in ASCEND stand for arrogance? Or What? Both companies have lots of work to do. Thank YOU for opening this discussion ... I am here to learn and to vent please forgive me for my frustrations ---I appreciate any info u might have. JR2
