I just spoke with Robert too... my only complaint is that this doesn't give us any of the aquisition details which would allow us to put the earnings potential into perspective. Assuming that new stock is being issued for this, it doesn't tell us how much. I think we can pretty safely assume that it was a great deal though or else Ira wouldn't have done it. Robert said the conference call with the brokers is going on as we speak... should be an interesting afternoon! -John
