Owning a Russian index fund doesn't sound like much to me. Country funds are legitimate and don't mean someone is allied with China, for example, or Germany or Canada or Brazil or the BRIC countries or India.

That said, looks like he cracked and committed a crime for no good reason. Where do Republicans find these losers?
