GOOGL & GOOG Voting Recommendation: I just voted to
  1. Not dilute our shares by another 15M shares for SBC even if they are Class C shares

    and

  2. voted against the compensation package for named execs.
I am well aware that the insiders have shares with 10x the voting power and this vote is mostly pissing into the wind, but it lets them know I'm watching and I hope to encourage others to do the same.
