Downgrade is certainly the keyword but what is more interesting about this is that this particular Paine Webber analyst has been bullish on the stock for at least 2 years. I think he may have missed the boat with a downgrade here although things could continue to get worse. The stock was way oversold as is and the fundementals would have to deteriorate some more before we see a move into the lower teens. Keep in mind though that he still finds the stock "attractive". Many people may have a hard time buying that. GS
