That was back in January prior to the inauguration. Our guys found out from Kislyak telling Moscow about it. Kushner was an idiot to think Russian embassy communications with home base aren't monitored by our intelligence agencies. The spin is going to be it was a legitimate "back channel" communication and it was about fighting terrorism in Syria ... ridiculous. You don't have to keep legitimate stuff secret from OUR OWN government.
