***OFF TOIC***Why should BO (body odor) be a taboo? As Lawrence the Greater might say (but I kinda doubt it), it's a cultural thang: once burned, twice shy.

Anyhow, now that Mr. Market has transformed Sam into a poet of sorts (the silence of bulls is in general better than the bleating of lambs on these threads), some are hoping the disk drive stocks have once again become a worthwhile bet.

The only problem is, the payoff will only be seen in hindsight. The drive business could have further problems, the Asian problems could continue much longer, the general market might have problems, and a whole bunch of other things.

So what else is new?

-LK (the lesser)

Buy now! HDD stock prices going to the moon...soon! Tom, I'm glad you are as bullish as the rest of us...
>>I'm sure you got my point. The lowered optimism on our threads is to me tentative confirmation of the technical indications that we are seeing a bottom. So I think we're all in agreement that the drive makers are more likely to see higher prices than lower prices in the next six months.<<

LOL. I couldn't resist the sarcasm. For every action there is an equal and opposite (and sometimes unintended) reaction. : )
