I'm extremely disappointed at the type of response and the name-calling. Way beneath the generally good posts on this thread. A suit might not be in the best interest of we the stockholders, but if someone believes he was wronged, then that's what he believes. Better to have a discussion about whether he was or not. Or, as Jim Green said (albeit with name-calling), ignore it entirely.
