VK: I can assure you that particular individual (I'll use initials.... only for very good reason (MB)), is still alive and kicking <g>. AND, I can assure you that that individual is not finished yet. This company will perpetually need to keep a cash reserve on hand for litigation. As a matter of fact, the birdies tell me that they may be dipping into that reserve once again, very shortly (waste of shareholder money if you ask me .... hmmmmpff). Oh yes, and "of "course, absolutely, without question", this is my humble opinion only, and most likely a figment of my imagination, and in no way represents reality, and is just mindless rambling that surely cannot be construed as libelous or anything like that (hellava' disclaimer, eh Vinod <G>?).
